Belle is a strawberry cow: a 13cm cow in pink and cream with strawberry markings instead of the usual black and white. It is a daft idea executed properly — the ears and muzzle are shaped rather than printed, and the bean fill gives her the settled, heavy-bottomed sit that makes the Palm Pals so satisfying to hold. Aurora produce the range as part of their eco-friendly initiative, using recycled plastic in the inner fibre fill and the beans. Belle is among the most asked-for of the Barn corner of the collection, and she works as a stocking filler, a party-bag gift or the start of a shelf.
