What we sell
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. The soft toys we sell are made by Keel Toys, Aurora World, Warmies and Suki Gifts. Product names, brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear on this website for identification only.
OMELVA LTD acts as the UK importer and supplier for the products listed on this website. Each product page names the manufacturer and its own product reference.
Product safety
The soft toys we sell are tested to EN 71, the European and UK toy safety standard, and our suppliers hold the test certificates. Silver Tag Bears are labelled by Suki Gifts as collector's items for ages 14 and over; they are not toys and are not suitable for babies or young children. Age guidance for every item is stated on its product page.
If you have a safety concern about something you have bought from us, stop using it and email info@rufni.com.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing on this website affects your statutory rights.
Your right to cancel a distance sale within 14 days comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We give you 30 days.
Your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
