Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking information once your parcel has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@rufni.com and we will investigate.

Delivery Partners

Every order is sent by tracked UK delivery with an established UK carrier. The carrier can vary with the size and weight of your parcel, and you will be told which one is carrying your order, with its tracking details, when it is dispatched.

Delivery Expectations

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@rufni.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
