All soft toys in our range are EN-71 safety certified and carry UKCA marking in accordance with UK product safety requirements.

All products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate.

We make every effort to ensure that prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price. You will have the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before you confirm your order.
